Our first concern is your safety. That is why, when you contact our toll-free Roadside Assistance line, the first thing we ask is, "Are you in a safe place?" If not, our representatives will contact local authorities on your behalf.

Roadside assistance benefits

Available to you for 5 years/Unlimited miles (effective from the date the vehicle is delivered to the first retail buyer or otherwise put into service {in-service date}, whichever is earlier). Roadside assistance includes 2 service intervals per year.

Need a tow?

Hyundai Roadside Assistance will tow you to the nearest Hyundai Dealership or authorized Service Facility if your vehicle is inoperable. Even for non-warranty related tows, such as accidents.

Dead battery?

Need it jump started? Even a superior battery can go dead for different reasons. If that happens, call us at Hyundai Roadside Assistance for the jump start your vehicle needs.

Locked out of your car?

It can happen. Just call Hyundai Roadside Assistance and we will help to get you back in your car fast, and at no charge to you.

Out of gas?

Hyundai Roadside Assistance will bring the gas to you (up to 3 gallons where permissible) so you can get back on the road again.

Flat tire?

Even quality tires can have a flat due to our imperfect driving world. Call us at Hyundai Roadside Assistance, and we will change your tire for you.

Dealer location?

Hyundai Roadside Assistance will give you information on the nearest Hyundai Dealer or authorized Service Facility in the United States.

Need trip interruption assistance?

In the event a warrantable mechanical disablement occurs more than 150 miles away from home, and your car is disabled overnight due to repair in process, Hyundai Roadside Assistance will reimburse for reasonable expenses for meals, lodging and transportation. Trip Interruption is limited to $100 per day, subject to a three day maximum limit per incident. It is required that you contact Hyundai Roadside Assistance to obtain preauthorization of eligibility.

*Hyundai Roadside Assistance Services are provided through Cross Country Motor Club, Inc., Boston, MA 02155, except in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Wisconsin, and Wyoming, where services are provided through Cross Country Motor Club of California, Inc., Boston, MA 02155.

Roadside Assistance is NOT A WARRANTY. For a description of the warranty covering your Hyundai, see the Hyundai New Vehicle Limited Warranty section of the Owner's Handbook. Roadside Assistance is a limited service, provided to you to help minimize any unforseen vehicle operation inconvenience.

The Hyundai Roadside Assistance Program does not include reimbursement for any costs/charges for repairs, parts, labor, property loss or any other expense incurred as a result of accident/collision, vehicle abuse, racing, vandalism or other items not covered by the Hyundai New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Also excluded are services for snow tires, repair to studs, mounting or demounting of snow chains, and any fines, fees or taxes associated with impound towing as a result of any actual or alleged violation of any law or regulation.
